We've deployed a brand new feature that's going to completely change how you run your external affiliate promotions.

Here's a breakdown of what I did.

First what I used to do:

I've sold millions of dollars in affiliate products. In the past I hated putting these promotions together. It just sucked. Partly because I would use a software like clickfunnels and have to go in and edit a page.

My process was: 🚮

1. Locate the page

2. Duplicate the page

3. Edit the funnel page

4. Redesign the page to fit with the promotion

5. Attach my affiliate link

6. Create a video for the promotion

7. Write up emails for that promotion

8. Send out promotion.

9. Work on thankyou page for bonus delivery

This whole process would take a long time. The entire day. About 7 - 8 hours. That's partly why I had a full time team helping me with this. I had a person working just on promotions. Another who was working on getting links and information for that person from affiliates. It was a system that was necessary. Each bonus page would cost on average between $80 - $140 to put together at the end of the day.

My process as of last week: 🧨

I let go of my bonus team awhile back. Since then I have been putting these promotions together myself and it has made me think of different ways of cutting timelines down and getting things done faster.

Now I have done that and here's what my process is:

1. Write up a post about the offer inside of Communi.

2. Mark the page as a publicly viewable page.

3. Insert affiliate link into the post.

4. Add a scarcity countdown to the post to 'self-destruct'

5. Complete video and add into post.

6. Write up my emails and insert the affiliate link & post URL

7. Send out emails

The whole process takes a fraction of the time (max 1 hour) because "DESIGN" is removed. There is no need to make the page "look good". It just looks GOOD.

It's clear, easy to see and it looks great.

There is absolutely no reason to use sales funnels or funnel pages for bonus promotions anymore. This promotion is proof of that. One of the best parts of this entire process as well is that if people see the promotion and want to join my hub thats attached to the promotion. They can now do that. There's the option within the sidebar to simply "Join" or signup if they want to.

Test it out on your next promotion and see how it works for you. This is how I will be doing all of my external promotions in the future.

This one closed out after 3 days, 5 emails at $5000 in sales which is probably better than the result I would expect from a promotion that leveraged a traditional funnels based landing page.

Yesterday we achieved the number of 200 members now in our German Community ´Community Pioniere´.

That´s so amazing to reach this number. I am very happy and proud of that.

To share some insights how members find my group:

• 80 % come through Youtube

• 10 % from my mailing list / recommendations

• 5 % via Communi

• 5 % from Skool

The number of members coming from Skool or Communi is increasing in the last weeks which is a good sign and development.
