Community & Platform Guidelines
The Communi platform is built on trust, respect, and professionalism. These Community & Platform Guidelines (the “Guidelines”) establish the rules for acceptable behavior, content, and use of the platform. They are designed to protect Users while safeguarding Communi’s operations, reputation, and compliance obligations.
By accessing or using Communi, Users agree to comply with these Guidelines in addition to the Communi Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refunds & Cancellations Policy, Affiliate Program Terms, and all other applicable policies.
Communi reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine whether any conduct, content, or activity violates these Guidelines and to take action accordingly.

General Principles
- Users must act respectfully, lawfully, and in good faith at all times when using the platform.
- Users are responsible for all content, data, and communications they post, share, or transmit.
- Communi may remove, restrict, or block content or accounts at any time where breaches are suspected or confirmed.
- Users must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws when using Communi.

Prohibited Conduct
- Harassment & Bullying: Harassment, bullying, abuse, threats, stalking, doxxing, intimidation, or hateful conduct.
- Discrimination & Hate Speech: Content promoting racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, xenophobia, or other discriminatory practices.
- Violence & Exploitation: Content promoting or glorifying violence, terrorism, self-harm, exploitation of children, or criminal activities.
- Fraud & Misrepresentation: Impersonating Communi staff, misrepresenting affiliation, providing false information, scams, or pyramid schemes.
- Spamming & Deceptive Practices: Mass unsolicited messaging, phishing, misleading links, or attempts to trick Users.
- Circumvention: Attempting to bypass Communi’s systems, restrictions, payment flows, or moderation tools.
- Unauthorized Promotions: Advertising, promotions, or solicitations outside approved affiliate or partnership channels.
- Illegal Activities: Use of Communi for money laundering, unlicensed gambling, tax evasion, drug trafficking, or other unlawful purposes.
- Technical Abuse: Hacking, exploiting vulnerabilities, reverse engineering, or interfering with Communi’s systems.
- Platform Misuse: Manipulating reviews, ratings, or engagement metrics; abusing free trials; creating fake or duplicate accounts.

Content Standards
- All content must comply with applicable law and these Guidelines.
- Users may only upload content for which they have sufficient rights or licenses.
- Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, or publicity rights is prohibited.
- Pirated, stolen, or unauthorized content (e.g., copyrighted media, pirated software, stolen data) is forbidden.
- Content that is misleading, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful may be removed.
- Communi may screen, review, block, or remove content at its sole discretion, with or without notice or reasons.

Privacy & Data Protection
- Users must respect the privacy of others and may not collect, disclose, or misuse personal data without explicit consent.
- Scraping, crawling, or harvesting data from Communi is prohibited.
- Sharing sensitive personal data (such as identification documents, addresses, or private communications) without consent is prohibited.
- Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, databases, or systems will result in immediate termination and may be referred to law enforcement.

Account & Access
- Accounts are personal, non-transferable, and must not be shared unless expressly approved by Communi.
- Users must keep login credentials secure and confidential.
- Selling, renting, or transferring accounts without Communi’s permission is prohibited.
- Suspicious, fraudulent, or abusive account activity may result in suspension or permanent termination.
- Communi may suspend or terminate accounts at any time, including for reasons unrelated to breach, where necessary to protect its operations, Users, or reputation.

Platform Security
- Users must not attempt to hack, probe, or test the vulnerability of Communi’s systems.
- Uploading or distributing malware, viruses, ransomware, or malicious code is strictly prohibited.
- Unauthorized access, scraping, or automated exploitation of the platform is prohibited.
- Security testing or penetration attempts without prior written authorization from Communi are forbidden.

Platform Rights & Remedies

Communi may, at its sole discretion:
- Remove, restrict, or alter any content at any time, for any reason or no reason;
- Suspend, limit, or terminate User accounts, with or without notice;
- Withhold, offset, or claw back funds, commissions, or credits where violations or misconduct occur;
- Refuse services or support to any User in breach of these Guidelines;
- Investigate misconduct and cooperate with law enforcement, regulators, or third parties;
- Modify, update, or discontinue features, services, or groups at any time.
- These rights exist in addition to any other rights under Communi’s Terms & Conditions or applicable law.
- Users waive any claims against Communi arising from the exercise of these rights.

Content License
- By posting or uploading content on Communi, Users grant Communi a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to use, display, reproduce, adapt, distribute, and promote such content for platform operations, business development, and marketing purposes.
- This license continues as long as the content is available on Communi and for a reasonable time thereafter for archival, compliance, and legal purposes.
- Users warrant they have full rights to grant this license and that their content does not infringe third-party rights.

Moderation & Enforcement

Communi retains absolute discretion to:
- Remove content without notice;
- Suspend or terminate accounts permanently or temporarily;
- Deny access to services, groups, or features;
- Withhold payments or credits associated with misconduct;
- Publish anonymized reports of enforcement actions for compliance purposes.
- Communi is under no obligation to monitor content continuously but may do so as it deems appropriate.
- Enforcement actions are not subject to appeal unless mandated by law.

Reporting Violations
- Users may report violations through the Support Center or by email to support@communi.com.
- Reports should include sufficient detail (e.g., URLs, screenshots, account names).
- Communi will review reports in good faith but retains complete discretion over whether and how to act.

Liability Disclaimer
- Communi does not guarantee the accuracy, safety, legality, or reliability of content posted by Users.
- Communi is not responsible for interactions between Users, including disputes, communications, or transactions.
- Communi shall not be liable for losses, damages, or claims arising from enforcement actions, suspension, termination, or content removal.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Communi disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Communi’s total liability under these Guidelines shall not exceed the fees paid by the User to Communi in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Finality & Updates
- Communi’s determinations under these Guidelines are final, binding, and conclusive.
- Users waive any right to appeal, challenge, or review Communi’s enforcement decisions.
- Communi may amend or update these Guidelines at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new version.
